Description
The Fernco PQT-400 Qwik Tee is a flexible sanitary tee fitting designed for drain, waste, and vent (DWV) plumbing applications. This 4 x 4 x 4 inch fitting connects cast iron, copper, steel, or lead pipes with ease, making it ideal for repairs and new installations where rigid fittings may not fit or where slight pipe movement needs accommodation. The pliable design helps prevent leaks caused by pipe movement.
The extra length of this tee allows for 90-degree connections and adapts to other pipe sizes when used with Qwik Bushings. Its corrosion-resistant PVC construction and lead-free composition ensure long-lasting performance in non-potable water and sewage systems. This fitting is rated for a maximum working pressure of 4.3 psi and a maximum working temperature of 120 degrees Fahrenheit. Note that this fitting is for DWV use only and is not recommended for underground connections or pressure applications.
