The Fernco P1056-32 is a flexible PVC coupling designed to connect cast iron or plastic pipes. This reducing coupling joins a 3-inch pipe to a 2-inch pipe, making it ideal for DWV (drain-waste-vent) system modifications and plumbing work where pipes of different sizes need to connect.
Unlike rigid fittings that require cutting, gluing and primers, this flexible coupling installs without messy adhesives or solvents. Simply position the coupling over both pipes and tighten the included stainless steel clamps with a screwdriver, nut driver or torque wrench.
Features and Benefits
- Easy Installation: No primers, glues or messy chemicals required; fastens with included stainless steel clamps.
- Durable PVC Construction: Elastomeric polyvinyl chloride resists chemicals, sewer gases and corrosion for reliable, long-lasting performance.
- Broad Pipe Compatibility: Designed for cast iron, plastic, copper, steel or lead pipes.
- Lead-Free: Protects water quality in plumbing systems.
